I'm a wellness researcher based in Hyderabad — not a pharmacist, not a physician. Just someone who spent years watching his parents grow more tired, and decided that couldn't be the end of the story.
I read everything I could find on herbal tradition. I tested blend after blend in my own kitchen, on my own family, before I ever considered sharing it with anyone else. What I learned, again and again, is that lasting wellness rarely comes from a shortcut. It comes from nature, patience, and someone who genuinely cares whether it works.
